Donald T. MacAngus honed his skills as a finishing carpenter in the old country, learning from the masters that quality speaks volumes about the character of the man. In nineteen fifty, as a new immigrant to Canada, Donald quickly gained a reputation as one of the best craftsman in Winnipeg, dedicating himself to providing excellence in carpentry for a growing clientele. He began taking on demanding restoration work for insurance companies, always delivering on his promise of quality, while treating his clients as he would like to be treated: with respect.

For more than half a century, our passion for quality and respect for the client have formed the cornerstones of Winnipeg Building & Decorating. Located a stones throw from Donald's original shop, a bright modern facility houses over one hundred dedicated employees, serving the restoration and construction markets of Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario.
